How does the Virtual GP service work?
Our Virtual GP service, powered by Livi, gives employees fast access to medical advice through a simple, secure process:
1. Download the Livi app Employees create an account using their EAP details.
2. Book a same‑day or next‑day appointment
Choose a time that suits them — day, evening or weekend.
3. Speak to a GMC‑registered GP
Consultations take place by video or phone, offering medical advice, prescriptions and referrals.
4. Receive prescriptions, referrals or fit notes
Documents are issued digitally, helping employees get support quickly.
1. Share notes with their NHS GP (optional)
With consent, the GP can send a summary to the employee’s regular GP to support continuity of care.
