Benefits of having MHFAiders at work

Having an MHFA within your workplace will allow staff to confidentiality support their colleagues if they have any issues with their mental wellness.

The course promotes a healthier and happier working environment for all, especially those struggling with their mental health issues. This in turn will increase productivity and colleague satisfaction throughout your organisation.

It is a brilliant way for organisations to adopt a culture that prioritises mental health and wellbeing, contributing to overall success.

The course guides delegates to feel as though they are making a difference in a colleague’s life, whilst also providing them beneficial information and tools for mental health support and how to help others.

Having a work culture that is open and honest about mental health by providing MHFAiders will continue to break the stigma surrounding mental health.
