Early Intervention
Being There When You Really Need It
Unexpected problems are a normal part of life, and we know that providing effective early support is key for promoting the best possible outcomes. That's why we offer a range of enhanced services to make sure your people have access to the right support, when they really need it.

Critical Incident Debriefs
With a post-incident debrief (also known as CID or CISM/CISMD ), you can help your people process a traumatic incident and offer the best chance of a healthy recovery.
Our specially trained responders can offer a supportive space for participants to reflect on the incident and how it's impacted them emotionally. Alongside normalising common reactions to trauma, our responders will also identify individuals who might need more support and signpost them appropriately.

Bereavement Support
The loss of a colleague or service user can be deeply unsettling. We can offer a supportive and confidential space to help your people make sense of how they're feeling.
With the support of a specialist counsellor, bereavement support sessions can alleviate the distress associated with grief and help to develop long-term coping skills.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training
When common mental health problems arise, having a Mental Health First Aider within the organisation is a great way to cultivate a supportive environment and effectively promote early intervention.
With expert-led training over 2 full days, MHFAiders are taught to understand the signs of distress, have effective conversations, and guide colleagues to access suitable mental health support.

Suicide First Aid (SFA) Training
In partnership with the National Centre for Suicide Prevention Education & Training, we can arrange accredited SFA training to equip your workforce with valuable suicide prevention skills.
This expert-led training course is designed to increase suicide awareness, reduce the fear of talking about suicide, build confidence, and teach the life-saving skills needed to help someone who is feeling suicidal.

Complex Care
Offering Timely Access to Specialist Wellbeing Support
When someone in your organisation is navigating a complex or prolonged issue, short-term solution focussed counselling might not be an effective option.
With our complex care services, we can provide psychological assessments and specialist therapy without a waiting list.

Psychological Assessments
With our psychological assessment service, we offer in-depth virtual assessments and a full psychological report with recommendations for the best possible outcome. Whether it's a specialist type of therapy or specific guidance for the workplace, our psychologists will use their expertise to recommend the most suitable support options.

Specialist Therapy
There might be times when someone in your organisation needs a specialist type of therapy to support them with something complex or long standing. With no waiting lists, we can offer timely access to a range of therapy types such as:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT)
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
Acceptance and Compassion Therapy (ACT)
