Introduction
Stell Cardboard Tubes is a family-owned cardboard tube manufacturing business that has been operating out of West Yorkshire for just over 150 years.
Since using HA | Wisdom Wellbeing’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), HR Officer Becky has seen the value of providing up to 120 people unmatched mental health support.

With approximately 120 people in the Stell Cardboard Tubes workforce, whilst operating on 24-hour shift patterns 7 days a week, Becky and senior leadership identified the challenge of providing round the clock support as well as the need to do so.

By using our EAP service, the people at Stell Cardboard Tubes were able to access a secure support network to discuss any struggles they are facing in their lives that might be causing stress and declining levels of mental wellbeing.
As well as expert counselling on a number of topics including financial advice, relationship advice and support with legal concerns, Becky also noted the value that the Wisdom App afforded her people.
