Face-to-face employee counselling services
Health Assured recognises there can be times when additional support is needed for employees and managers alike. Balancing the pressures of work with the needs of home and personal life can be at times, stressful. Our face-to-face counselling service for employees, provides complete nationwide coverage and guarantees all of our counsellors meet stringent quality criteria.
Summary of service
Health Assured is the UK and Ireland’s largest EAP provider and a member of the EAP Association (EAPA), the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
Our counsellors and practitioners are registered members or accredited by the BACP, NCPS, the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and/or the British Psychological Society (BPS).
- Our therapists have conducted a minimum of 450 hours tutor led counselling and undertake a counselling practice placement for at least one year prior to qualifying.
- Counselling is conducted in consulting rooms which offer a confidential and safe environment.
- Our counsellors are insured, indemnified and engaged in continuous personal development.
A contract is not required to arrange our ad-hoc face-to-face counselling services, we simply ask you to complete a referral form and email it to Health Assured.
